INITIAL WELL-BEING SESSION

A 70-minute virtual meeting to develop a customized plan for your desired outcomes and goals. In your Initial Session, you can expect a deep dive into the status of your well-being. We will take into account various aspects of your life and you will determine the focus of our time together.

WELL-BEING REVIEW SESSION

Following your Initial Session, we'll meet periodically for 40-minute sessions to review your progress and navigate challenges. During these virtual meetings, you’ll receive motivation, support, and accountability as you identify and make impactful changes that feel authentic. This empowering environment enables you to develop new perspectives, overcome challenges, and make the positive changes you seek in your life.
